AGREEMENT TO RECEIVE ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS

By checking the “I Accept” box, you are providing consent for (”Home1st Lending”, “We”, Us”) to provide required disclosures to you electronically.

You understand this agreement applies to all statements and disclosures related to my accounts at Home1st Lending. All disclosures normally required to be made by law, in connection with any service you may have or which you may obtain in the future from Home1st Lending and that Home1st Lending may, from time to time, notify you electronically of the availability of such disclosures and statements in electronic form.

You understand that by agreeing to receive documents electronically, you may not be receiving said statements and disclosures in paper form. Accordingly, you should print or otherwise retain a copy of electronic documents for your records.
