The 2010 Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act beginning October 3rd, 2015 has created new forms and disclosures designed to improve understanding by the public of charges and costs throughout the loan process. These new forms and processes are referred to as TRID.
As of this date lenders are restricted in requiring only 6 key elements of information and to provide a loan estimate (LE) to the consumer no later than 3 days from the application. For this reason we will be offering the Short Application Form only at this time.
