Most Likely Issue is a privacy blocking Norton Firewall or Zone Alarm software
If you have Norton:

Disable Browser Privacy
To disable browser privacy control:
open Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall, click Privacy control, and then click Turn off.
If you can then connect to the Web site, Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall is blocking some personal information that the calculator security needs.

For Zone Alarm Pro Users:

# In Zone Alarm Pro, select Privacy.
Under Cookie Control, click Custom
In Custom Privacy Settings, uncheck the box that say Remove private header information.
Click OK.
